Alabama Bearings, Inc. was founded in 1984 by a partnership of three local business men. Their goal was to serve the farmers and small industrial customers in the surrounding area. Our current president, Hal Moye, began his career with the company right out of high school in 1985.
 
In his 31 years of service, Hal has obtained an extensive knowledge in the aspects of industrial & process machinery. In 1998, he saw a growing demand for better service to the regional industrial market. Hal began working diligently to bring these industrial customers on board and to provide them with the best service possible. Hal has staffed the company with the most knowledgeable people in the area which has allowed this company to grow into the fast paced, dedicated organization that it is today.

Hal purchased the company in 2001 and has continued to see it grow. Alabama Bearings, Inc. now services a large portion of our local industries, as well as local farmers and small businesses.
